White: All day attempting to eat white. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.

Breakfast: greek yoghurt with nashi pear and slivered almonds.
Lunch: white quiche with parsnip and mozerella and cabbage and apple salad with garlic oil and seasame seeds.
Dinner: cannelloni filled with white asparagus, mushroom and mascarpone with roasted fennel and leek topped with pine nuts. Dessert: white chocolate mousse. Drink: white wine
